Yasuki Hijikata

Treats patients in practice and is engaged in clinical research/studies of latest cancer treatments.
Served as a project leader in a clinical research; in charge of all processes such as culturing immune cells, administering them to cancer patients, and following them up.
Is a rare doctor specialized in both researches on immune cell culture technologies and other fields as well as clinical practice.
Also actively presented research results on cancer treatments at academic conferences in and outside Japan, and published many articles in international medical journals.
